It all started from a need to have a party favor for my 50th birthday that wouldn't just sit on someone's mantel or refrigerator or table. Chocolate is a fan favorite, so two years and several orders later, A Piece Of Chocolate was born. At A Piece Of Chocolate, we create our novelty chocolate by request made especially for you. Chocolate is not just a brown or white candy bar anymore. Chocolate can be formed into can complete in a wide range of colors, shapes, and sizes. Great for Birthdays, Graduations, Weddings, Baby Showers, Theme Parties, and yes, even the unmentionables. If you don't see what you're looking for, ask one of our representatives for help. 1. When is my credit card charged for the order?
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been placed.
2. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
To ensure proper delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to PO Boxes.
3. Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
No, an individual order must be placed for each shipping address.
4. Can I revise or cancel my order?
Once orders are placed, they are unable to be revised. If you have questions or concerns, please complete a contact us form.

Yes, it is safe to order online with A Piece Of Chocolate. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.
6. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment.
7. Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the contiguous United States.
8. What is your warm weather shipping policy?
ALL Shipments require 2-Day Expedited Shipping May - September. Our daily cutoff for order fulfillment must be placed by 11AM CST. Warm Weather Note: Preserving the quality of your chocolate is of utmost importance to us. During warm weather months, we ship orders using insulated packaging and gel ice packs and exclusively ship orders via expedited shipping methods.
9. What is your return policy?
At A Piece Of Chocolate, the quality of our chocolates has been a driving force for the past 10 years. We want you and your gift recipients to be delighted with our chocolates. If you would like a replacement or refund for your order, you must submit your guarantee request within ten (10) days from the date of purchase. Please complete a contact us form that includes: 1. Your mailing address and preferred method of contact, 2. A brief description of why you are unsatisfied with your product, 3. The date you purchased your product. A Piece Of Chocolate reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud.
10. What is the best way to store and freeze A Piece Of chocolate?
Chocolate is best when consumed within two weeks of purchase. To ensure optimal quality keep chocolates away from direct sunlight and protected from moisture. Should you decide to keep the product for a longer period, it is recommended that you freeze the product. When freezing the products, take the unopened box and wrap it in a durable wrap that is appropriate for the freezer. If this is done properly, the product can remain frozen for up to 4-6 months. When you're ready to consume our product remove the box from the freezer. The freezer wrapping should remain around the box while thawing for 24-48 hours. If you still have concerns, please fill out a contact us form.
11. Do you carry Sugar Free?
At this time, Sugar Free products are not available.
12. What if there is a problem with my order (contains a foreign object, melted, crushed, stale, bloomed)
